Sales & Marketing Manager
The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing our marketing efforts for Brandlord. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in sales and marketing within the fields of marketing/ branding and real estate. We are seeking a motivated, organized, relational, and goal-driven candidate. The sales manager role will work alongside our Client Director (Glen Collins) and Marketing Director (Emily Subash). This position requires a dynamic and resolved personality that will be focused on the detailed execution of the Switch business development agenda and proactive in ongoing efforts to drive lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES & MARKETING MANAGER:Business Immersion & Proposal Creation:
- Shadow project management team for 2 - 3 weeks to learn all functions of the Switch agency business
- Attend relevant prospect calls and meetings with Client Director
- Work with Switch / Brandlord teams to cultivate accurate scope details for proposed deliverables
- Build proposals for client prospects (new and existing)
- Pipeline / CRM management: Maintain strong relationships with real estate clients and prospects, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized marketing solutions. Keep the CRM and pipeline updated and report bi-weekly about any status changes or updates.
- Lead Generation: Self-generate (via research, prospecting and lead generation technologies) relevant B2B targets for Switch in key real estate industry targets such as:
- Multi-Family + Student Housing
- Workplace / Office
- Master Planned / Residential Communities
- Retail + Mixed-Use Developments
- Hotel + Resort Properties
- Networking: Attend outside group/networking meetings to support the prospecting agenda
- Email Marketing: Support development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance engagement rates.
- Sequence Email Campaigns: Support implementation of automated email sequence campaigns to nurture prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Social Media Marketing (Instagram and LinkedIn):
- Support creation and management of comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and follower growth.
- Support development of compelling content for social media posts, email newsletters, and direct mail pieces, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

- Direct Mail Campaigns: Coordinate and execute targeted direct mail campaigns to achieve high response rates, integrating traditional and digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the real estate or branding sectors.
- Excellent rapport-building skills - a personality that is instantly likable
- Strong sense of urgency - someone who enjoys closing a high volume of sales in short sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Impeccably professional business image to represent a branding company
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
