We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader for Medical Imaging Device. The Medical Imaging Device sales leader will develop & manage major named accounts within the Pro AV Integrator vertical market segment. You will be responsible for developing new customers, cultivating market segment, qualifying & closing major sales opportunities.

As this is a national position with 70% Travel you can be home office based in any metro area with close proximity to an airport

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy to expand the LG Electronics Medical Imaging Device market sales and market share thru Reseller, End Users, OEM, etc. to achieve Assigned Sales revenue and KPI targets
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.
  • Maintain industry and market knowledge, anticipating opportunities and competition. Report on market information and customer requests.
  • Manage, and provide sales team directions, expectation, activities, schedules, etc. and support as needed.
  • Working with sales team to fully utilize LG New BRM (Salesforce) for opportunity, leads, accounts management as well as updating meeting notes, activities, etc.
  • Providing needed regular reporting using required templates or through LG’s New BRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze customer performance data and forecast trends. Manage forecast accuracy working with internal teams and customers and plan effective forecast product delivery with Product Management.
  • Influence customer sales through LG value proposition, Solutions, strategic programs, promotions, and incentives.
  • Follow the New Product Introduction process and communicate with customers to secure new model placements.
  • Continuously update brand and product knowledge through training and competitive intelligence.

To Be Successful You Will Need

  • Bachelor Degree is required in a technical subject or equivalent work experience,
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales preferably in the Medical Imaging Device Industry
  • Excellent communication skills and Presentation skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel 70% throughout the U.S
  • Strong understanding of project and product specifications
  • Working knowledge of display technologies including but not limited to: LCD LED technologies, software and firmware, networking, video conferencing, Computer
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Proven technical skills and customer facing sales capabilities
  • Experience of using Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge in all MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Base Salary 130,000-155,000

In addition to the above, LG believes that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary ranges take in account many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. While we consider geographic pay differentials in final offers, because we operate in many geographies, where applicable, the salary range listed may not reflect all geographic differentials applied
