As a Sales Executive, you are instrumental in helping mid-market companies achieve their goal of simplifying and accelerating their month end close processes. You will be a key point of contact and responsible for growing the business by becoming a true partner to some of the world’s most exciting businesses.

You could be a fit for this role if you have: a strong foundation in the Accounting and Finance industry and an understanding of the need for our product within the workflow of the finance department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • You will teach prospective and existing clients the benefits of Adra products and services, detailing our business model and value proposition
  • Establish relationships with prospects and current customers by demonstrating in-depth institutional knowledge, understanding their specific business needs, and presenting an appropriate mix of our products and solutions
  • Pursue, negotiate, and close opportunities, leading senior executives through a consultative sales approach
  • Work with our client success team and product partners to deliver specific solutions for customer needs
  • Proven ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Skills in handling multiple processes (new business sales and renewals), forecasting precisely, and identifying challenges to a positive outcome
  • You will customize territory and account plans for mid-market companies

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 4 year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent work experience
  • Self-starter who is results driven
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Superior time management skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to conduct minimal North America travel as required
  • Experience with sales tools- e.g. Salesforce.com, Zoom, etc preferred

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $76,500-$99,500 plus applicable bonus.
