🚀 We're currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team. This role is integral to supporting all live and virtual event sales initiatives led by Tony Robbins, aiming to create impactful and memorable experiences for our clients.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Sales Enablement Strategist, you will be pivotal in coordinating both pre- and post-event activities, ensuring a fluid transition from engaging sales presentations and demos to insightful breakout sessions and comprehensive final fulfillment. Your expertise will lie in managing sales-related communications and preparations, ensuring a seamless execution at events. Collaborating closely with event facilitators, on-site managers, and the broader events team, you'll guarantee that all presentation materials are perfect and speaker-ready.
🌟 RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Event Sales Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine event sales offerings, including programs, pricing, and bonuses.
- Manage the operational backend for all programs being sold, updating sales offer grids and ensuring communication across all involved departments.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for the creation and update of sales materials, both digital and printed.
- Oversee pre-event sales calls and preparations, ensuring all assets and contracts for sales are ready and aligned with event services, IT, and client operations.
Event Preparation and Management
- Confirm post-event fulfillment details, integrating them into confirmation pages, emails, and presentations.
- Prepare and disseminate all required testimonials and sales materials to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and oversee staff supporting the event, including sales training and materials preparation.
- Collaborate with Legal and Accounting departments to update terms and conditions and confirm offer allocations.
- Manage translations for sales initiatives and ensure all event tasks are entered and managed in the project management system.
Booth Management (Virtual, In-Person, and Private Events)
- Plan and strategize booth setups with sales leaders and the production team, including staffing, schedules, and materials.
- Use booth traffic data to optimize sales outcomes, managing the shipment of materials for private and live events.
- Ensure accuracy in booth setup and material delivery, coordinating with event managers and department leads.
- Audit and order new materials as needed, overseeing the execution of printed materials to support the sales team.
Sales Presentations
- Collaborate with sales and creative leads to develop strategy for all at-event sales presentations.
- Manage all Keynote speaker presentation elements, including scripts, slides, videos, and speaker logistics.
- Serve as on-site lead for presentations, coordinating real-time changes and directing sales outcomes to Keynote speakers and Sales presenters
- Lead daily debrief calls with sales teams, tracking sales numbers and coordinating with Marketing for communication strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to support sales outcomes, including setup and management of sales rooms and dashboards.
Post-Event Fulfillment
- Coordinate with the Mastery Concierge team, Client Operations, and Sales Teams to ensure a smooth transition from at-event purchases to client path and post-purchase fulfillment.
- Confirm and oversee the fulfillment plan for all program elements, including translations and deliverables.
- Schedule and conduct debrief calls as necessary to review event outcomes and fulfillment processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years of experience in events, event production, and/or on-site event marketing / sales with a preference for candidates with a strategist/manager background.
- Proven experience in full-cycle events, particularly in sales strategy and enrollment.
- Experience in sales analytics, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams.
- Strong background in working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Familiarity with Keynote and similar presentation tools.
- Exacting attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, marketing, and enrollment psychology.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Passion for personal growth, professional development, and helping others learn.
- Willingness to travel as required multiple times per year (Up to 25% travel for 8 events a year or roughly 60 days / year.)
- Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar software.
