Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall direct distribution staff activity throughout the region.
- Set direction to grow customer base and revenue in all segments.
- Lead the team to achieve business plan.
- Knowledge and utilization of the Company’s resources including Direct distribution sales, marketing, pricing.
- Optimize cost and productivity of sales team and execute sales objective.
- Foster a highly motivated team environment across the region.
- Must understand wireless product knowledge, features, and competitors in the market.
- Address team performance across the region, ensure quotas and deadlines are being met.
- Visit market and retailers on a regular basis for feedback on products and services and maintain a good relationship.
- Ensure an open dialogue with team members.
- Spot opportunities to enhance the business proactively.
- Sales management experience in the wireless industry.
- Responsible for Branding throughout the region.
- Build and evaluate teams based on their strengths and weaknesses.
- Knowledge of profit and loss statement.
- Problem solving skills.
- Team management skills.
- Business Development skills.
- Target orientation.
- Strategic thinking.
- Cross functional knowledge.
- Business administration and/or marketing degree a plus.
- Strong background in sales, especially in the wireless field .
- At least 15+ years’ experience in a management role.
