Sales Director (3PL)

The Logistics Sales Director located in the Cincinnati, OH area will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. This position is on-site, and has the unique perk of an uncapped commission/bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a team of ~15 within operations and sales
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Produce both as an individual and as a team overall
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a 3PL environment
• 5+ years' of sales leadership experience
• 6+ years' of experience in sales
• Strong strategic leadership
• Ability to work autonomously
