We are recruiting an SDR Manager for a Security Operations and Incident Response vendor who has developed a modern SOC platform that automates the threat detection and response cycle
Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the SDR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 6 remote U.S. SDRs and be in charge of scaling the Sales Development function through playbook creation and outbound sales management experience.
Coming off a recent funding round, this company is led by an executive team who have had 2 successful exits, is backed by top-tier VC firms and prominent industry executives, while also having multiple Fortune 2000-100 logos.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience
Cybersecurity background
Proven track record of building/leading successful teams in a Pre-IPO environment
A hands-on, team-oriented mentality
What is an offer:
$150,000 - $200,000K OTE (depending on best fit)

Accelerators, uncapped comissions
