JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager(s).
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling)
- Coordinate sales staff meetings
- Assist in conducting interviews to prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation
- Perform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside lenders
- Resolve routine inquires/problems from buyers regarding various aspects of purchases
- Provide accurate assistance/direction to Sales associates, staff and/or buyers
- Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying
- MLS Management – The sales team is responsible for sending in the details surrounding an inventory home we want to post on the MLS. Your responsibility would be to ensure the final MLS posting are of high quality with desirable photos and compelling write ups.
- Auditing internal and external sites to ensure listings are properly represented and identifying inaccuracies and opportunities for improvement
- Manage our social media presence for communities, to include announcing New Hires, new communities, job postings, amenity grand openings, special events & accomplishments, etc.
