The Strategy Operations Coordinator role is critical to serving our clients and helping them succeed. The fundamental goals of this role will be to improve and impact revenue obtainment, participate in, and optimize processes for scale, and measure and impact revenue. As part of the Strategy team, the Strategy Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Strategy Operations Director and the VP of Strategy in managing existing clients and new client acquisitions. The Strategy Operations Coordinator will also be required to collaborate across all functional teams at Intech Hawaii.


Responsibilities


· Strategy Enablement – Create and send existing client and prospect proposals. Coordinates with Service Delivery as needed. Lifecycle management and client 3rd party vendor management.


· Participates in new client onboarding process.


· Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze product margins and trending. Reporting on metrics for existing client revenue.


· CRM Management – Manage the accuracy of opportunities within the CRM.


· Vendor/Partner Management – Engages with all vendors and partners. Keeps up to date on relationship status, incentives, training, marketing support. Manages logistics for local partners.


· Service Desk Coordination – Assist in answering support calls, assigning resources, during overflow times up to 3x per week.


· Procurement – Quote, purchase, track, and logistics for hardware/software purchases. Responsible for receiving products and inventory.


· Collaboration and Communication – Function as a point of contact between the service delivery, professional services, finance, and marketing teams.


· Basic understanding of hardware, software, and cloud.


· Excellent verbal & written communication skills (and to know when one is more appropriate vs. the other).


· Ability to articulate basic technical information, in both verbal and written form. This skill is to be able to facilitate translating technical solutions to our non-technical clients in a way they can fully understand.


· Ability to explain our core services.


· Exceptional time management skills. Must be able to meet committed deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
