As we scale-up in the U.S., we are seeking a strategic and energetic Sales Account Executive to grow our customer base and positively add to our bottom line.


Overview

Our Sales Account Executives possess a drive for sales growth, a proven track record of success, and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to expand market presence in their assigned territory by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities along with managing profitable growth by optimizing solutions for current client accounts. This professional is a driving force of maximizing the LionsBot market footprint and generates bottom line revenue for the company. Our sales professionals are confident, persistent, determined, easily build rapport with a wide variety of people, as well as actively engage to the prospects’ and customers’ needs resulting in delivering winning solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work independently and within our organization to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new account business generation as well as maintaining top satisfaction with current customers
  • Business and account development, including generating sales leads and cold-calling prospective clients; Maintain strong pipeline of active prospects to pursue and close new business
  • Develop and support business relationships with select distributors
  • Track & enter daily sales activities including leads and pipelines into online sales tracking system
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; Accurately forecast new business both monthly and quarterly
  • Deliver meaningful solution recommendations based on identified needs to then present tailored proposals in an impactful manner
  • Perform equipment demonstrations; Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts & pricing
  • Build & maintain ongoing rapport with key individuals at customer locations
  • Successfully negotiate with customers and prospects using principles that expand offerings and add unique value that motivates buyers
  • Independently manage difficult business situations by anticipating obstacles and competitive threats that may lead to modifying original solutions
  • Practice discretion in dealing with highly confidential information
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices, business, and technology trends to develop a strong business aptitude for a consultative approach with clients
  • 50% travel throughout North America to prospect and client sites as well as to our regional office



Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience responsible for business development all the way to closing business deals
  • Proven ability to prospect, propose, negotiate and close a sale
  • Ability to regularly travel throughout North America (50%+)
  • Holds a valid Driver’s License
  • Has insured reliable vehicle (to travel to local destinations)
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds as needed
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Successfully fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks for criminal/civil and motor vehicle records



Preferred Qualifications

  • Past working experience selling tangible products that required demonstrations and trials
  • Successful working experience performing large account management
  • Effective negotiation, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations
  • Prior experience in the commercial or industrial cleaning industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google applications, LinkedIn Navigator; experience using sales/customer tracking software (CRM); web-based applications, and navigating various websites/systems
