Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Safety Coordinator at Scaffolding Solutions in Charlotte- Raleigh area in NC. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety of workers, implementing health and safety protocols, conducting safety training, performing jobsites audits and investigating accidents. Travel to jobsites within North Carolina is a part of the job scope.
Qualifications
Experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
Skills in Safety Training and Accident Investigation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual Speaker (Spanish/English) is highly recommended
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus
Previous experience in the construction industry is beneficial
