Royalty Accounting Manager- Global Fashion Brand

Global Fashion Brand Seeks a Royalty Accounting Manager

*Reporting to the VP Controller

*Supervising 2 Royalty Accountants

*Review, interpret & ensure compliance with royalty contracts

*Prepare monthly journal entries & royalty projections

*Prepare & deliver accurate and timely quarterly royalty reports

*Perform reviews, analysis and reconciliations of royalty accounts

*Work closely with FP&A Team & Legal

*Review & approve monthly journal entries prepared by Senior Accountants

*Monitor key internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley

*Oversee license audits & meetings with department leaders

*Special Projects for the CFO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-12+ years of Royalty Accounting Experience
• Apparel, Fashion, Consumer Products Industry Experience a Plus
• Experience with JD Edwards a plus
• Strong Supervisory/Leadership Skills

Base Salary 125k-130k Plus Bonus +Stock Options and an Excellent Benefits Package Including Six Weeks Vacation.
