Job Description:
We are currently seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives in Florida. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our roofing services to homeowners throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of roofs to identify damage and recommend solutions
- Providing homeowners with detailed estimates and proposals for roofing repairs or replacements
- Educating customers on the benefits of our roofing materials and services
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry trends is a plus but not required
