RPA- Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Qual Notes:

• Scripting/RPA Automation Development.

• RPA PowerShell bots, develop efficiently in RPA python.

• Migration from V11 to A360, key components from infra side.

• V11 end of life December last year, needs to complete before end of year.

• Will not be leading anyone, hands on individual technical contributor role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation of technical documentation required for automation development
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation
• Develop, design, and test automation workflows
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes
• Troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours
• Creating, updating, and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be use in future development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience implementing Robotic Process Automation technologies, specifically Automation Anywhere (version 11 & A360)
• 3+ years of experience in any of the following programming languages: C/C++, Java, Python, VBScript, PowerShell
• 1+ Years coding in Appian is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
• Solid experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred.
• Strong experience using (REST/SOAP) API and XML/JSON preferred.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Experience in Agile Software Development projects
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification
