This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our rigging operations, aligning with strict industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities.


• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.


• Mentor and lead teams of riggers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in rigging, with a strong foundational knowledge and skill set.


• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity within rigging operations.

Certifications:

• Must hold a current NAVFAC P-307 Crane Rigger certification.
