We are currently seeking a dedicated Retained Executive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of retained (not contingency) recruiting within the IoT and wireless ecosystems, and some exposure to AI, cyber physical systems, orbital and space (aerospace), FinTech and Blockchains markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with Board of Directors (BoD) members, CXOs, and SVP/EVPs who are hiring managers.
Negotiating contracts and terms with potential clients and candidates.
Leveraging your knowledge of various markets to source and recruit the top 10% of candidates.
Using Writesonic Chat GPT 4.0 to write AI prompts and articles for our blog and be able to utilize our podcast platform to promote branding and yourself.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a retained executive recruiter within the IoT and wireless ecosystems.
Knowledge or experience in AI, cyber physical systems, orbital and space (aerospace), FinTech and Blockchains markets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to take over and run the firm in less than 2 months.
