Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Retail Supervisor at SAS Retail Services. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and training team members, ensuring product knowledge and proper communication among staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is primarily based in Seattle, WA, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in work
• Organizational Skills: Effective time management and prioritization
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing circumstances and responsibilities
• Experience in retail management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
