Job Summary:
As a Retail/MotorClothes Manager here at Fox River Harley Davidson, we are looking for a self-directed leader with a growth mindset and hunger to roll the throttle on the MotorClothes department. On a typical day, you will work closely one on one with each member or your team to ensure maximum productivity by training, assisting, and leading by example. A manager will set up and maintain a smooth running, efficient, and appealing retail environment by designing displays, developing/regulating promotions, and providing superior customer service to all customers. Your goal will be to grow the volume of merchandise sales and develop objectives for the department.
Other Duties Include:
Maximizing return on investment of general merchandise inventory
Set sound management practices to contribute acceptable levels of gross and net profits
Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives
Benchmarking other retailers to determine best practice standards
Providing reports to the dealer principal and/or general manager
Handling customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude
Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley Davidson brand for your team and customers!
