About The Role
- Responsible for sales and product knowledge of all categories. Consistent execution of the Dyson shopper journey
- Embrace the Dyson Guest Experience model and consistently demonstrate these values to our guests
- Achieve Daily, Weekly Monthly sales plans and goals
- Achieve Selling Metrics goals and Standards
- Daily responsibility for floor coverage and execution of required operational procedures and day to day business needs
- Utilize Dyson Training and Education tools and resources to deliver best in class customer interaction and engagement
- Share in the day-to-day store activities and assist in other areas of the store if requested/necessary
- Perform product demos and explain product features to customers
- Resolve shopper issues and complaints promptly ensuring a positive outcome
- Maintain a clean and organized Store
- Understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
- Adhere to corporate processes and safety standards
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays and as business dictates.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing store operations and inventory
- Proactive: Takes initiative to improve store performance and solve problems
- Adaptable: Flexible and thrives in a fast paced, always changing environment
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, fostering and positive team culture
- Fearless: Challenges the status quo and strives to be the best
- 1+ year experience in a customer-facing, retail setting required
- Experience working with a premium or luxury brand strongly preferred
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35lbs
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
