About The Role
As a career coach at Prepory, you will help our clients actualize their career goals through results-oriented and effective career guidance. You will provide end-to-end career support to individuals across a range of professional industries and years of experience.
Responsibilities
Establish a rapport with clients to provide ongoing, tailored career coaching that ultimately maximizes their longterm professional success
Provide 1:1 career support to individuals across a range of industries including education, technology, marketing, and consulting
Support clients with resume writing, application strategies, behavioral mock interviewing and salary negotiation
Conduct career coaching sessions tailored to each client's application timeline and strengths and weakness
Craft a variety of career collateral such as resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, email templates, and correspondence to hiring committees
Collaborate with clients and other team members to ensure excellent data collection to track progress
Qualifications
2 - 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, job placement, or customer success management
Strong resume writer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of recruiting, LinkedIn, hiring processes, negotiation, and networking
Exceptional relationship development skills and a client-oriented attitude
BS, BA or equivalent
