Responsible Investment Manager

Our client is a top global investment manager with a best-in-class sustainable investing platform with a need to hire a high performing ESG Manager to be embedded in their Private Equity/Real Assets (40b+ AUM) business with a strong passion for impact investing.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Continuous innovation of the global PE strategy and execution and build out using ESG digital tools
• Investment Analysis (ESG underwriting for new investments, due diligence, etc)
• Portfolio Management (Review ESG performance of managers and portfolio companies based upon collection and analysis of data)
• Industry Engagement (Prepare annual ESG and impact reports for clients and external stakeholders)

Requirements:

• BA in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in ESG, preferably in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management or ESG consulting firm.
• Commitment to learn and grow career in ESG/Impact Investing
• High level of attention to detail and superior organizational skills
