The Resort Director of Facilities and Maintenance is an integral part of our Executive team. The Director of Facilities and Maintenance will be passionate about maintenance and upkeep, working with contractors and vendors on specialty repairs, and can spot quality craftsmanship from a mile away!

Resort Director Of Facilities And Maintenances Qualifications

• Luxury Hotel Background preferred -
• BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property Management
• HVAC, Electrical background
• Hydrology experience
• 5 + years of proven experience in facilities management
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  
  

Resort Director Of Facilities And Maintenance Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance facilities operations
• Ensure facilities are always well-maintained
• Manage the facility's maintenance team
• Oversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage renovations and contractors, oversee security, and conduct site inspections over multiple buildings located on one beautiful campus
• Support physical plant and systems
• Manage and supervise a maintenance team that provides 7-day per-week coverage
  
  

Resort Director Of Facilities And Maintenance Compensation

• $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 base
