The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.
Organising viewings and responding to queries.
All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.
Managing all aspects of operations with respect to a portfolio of properties.
Overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services and Real Estate.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
