  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Secure reservations based on guest preferences, dates, and availability
  • Process payments securely and accurately
  • Provide clear and concise information about our offerings (e.g., rooms, amenities, rates, policies)
  • Upsell and recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest experience
  • Modify or cancel reservations according to guest requests and company guidelines
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is up-to-date
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in computer skills, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong accuracy record
