Job Description:
Under direct supervision, initiates and/or maintains accurate and current tracking logs used in the Research Institute. Assists with data collection and tracking, regulatory submission prep, new patient prep and scheduling. Performs clerical and administrative functions for the Institute. Assists with laboratory and maintenance of supplies as they relate to clinical research.
Scope
Ensure data tracked and generated from clinical trials is collected, organized, accurately recorded, and sent to the appropriate persons in a timely manner.
Assists with report generation, metric tracking, spreadsheet maintenance.
Assist with regulatory submission preparatory tasks and regulatory filing as requested.
Assist with study coordinator patient preparatory and post visit duties as requested.
Assists with scheduling consultations, diagnostic tests or procedures, and future appointments for patients as requested.
Manage the databases maintained on site and prepare patient records for audits by regulatory, accrediting and research organizations.
Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials as needed.
Maintains adequate inventory of study supplies. Assist with collecting and shipping specimens, uploading imaging documents, and other items required for research purposes.
Schedules meetings and sponsor visits for research.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year healthcare or medical office experience
Google G Suite and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Associates Degree
Computer data entry and database management
Knowledge of clinical research
