Reporting Analyst

Reporting Analyst - 4 Month Contract - Hybrid, San Francisco - W2 ONLY, No C2C

Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SQL and Power BI. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights, working collaboratively to meet stakeholder requirements and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business objectives into data requirements and recommend changes.
• Perform deep dive analyses to uncover trends and insights.
• Create data stories through presentations, summaries, and visualizations.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Document data provenance, ETL logic, and code.
• Identify areas for analytics to drive improvements.
• Develop and support data-driven tools and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL for large data sets.
• Expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.
• Experience with scripting languages (R, Python).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Amazon S3 and/or Redshift.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
