As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Manager to join the team.
Position Overview:
As a Renewals Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful continuation of our partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Renewal Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive renewal strategy to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and position our solutions as essential to their success.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with sales and legal teams to negotiate renewal terms and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely forecasting of renewal opportunities, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Customer Advocacy: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate renewal risks, addressing issues that may impact customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in renewals management or account management.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with [industry-specific software/tools] is a plus.
