As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Manager to join the team.


Position Overview:

As a Renewals Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful continuation of our partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and possesses excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Renewal Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive renewal strategy to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
  2. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and position our solutions as essential to their success.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with sales and legal teams to negotiate renewal terms and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  4. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely forecasting of renewal opportunities, track key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
  5. Customer Advocacy: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate renewal risks, addressing issues that may impact customer satisfaction and contract renewal.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in renewals management or account management.
  3. Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  6. Familiarity with [industry-specific software/tools] is a plus.
