IntePros is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our globally recognized client's HR PMO team. This role is responsible for supporting operational project deliverables, participating in project teams, and ensuring effective coordination and communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and has a baseline understanding of project management coordination.

Project Coordinator Responsibilties:

  • Support the HR PMO on operational project support deliverables.
  • Participate in project teams under the leadership of Project Managers.
  • Manage project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed schedules for each project, tracking essential activities and deadlines.
  • Adapt project details as necessary and alert the Project Manager of any changes.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure completion of project-specific requirements.
  • Support the PMO Intake process, including collection, analysis, and communication with project requestors.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.


Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • Baseline understanding of project management coordination, including managing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, and demonstrating this skill set in previous settings.
  • Technical and analytical savviness in SAS, cloud-based project management tools, or Excel.
  • Proactive nature with the ability to think a few steps ahead.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused orientation.
  • Eager to learn with a thirst for knowledge; open to recent graduates with relevant intern experience if they demonstrate a quick learning ability.


Project Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Clear understanding of the budgeting process.
  • Ability to act diplomatically in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including managing multiple projects of diverse scope.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes, and technology.
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS365 products (Word, Access, Outlook) and project management tools.
