Job Description: Remote Front Desk Receptionist (Virtual), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients from the moment they reach out to us, whether by phone, email, or live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance regarding travel bookings, inquiries, and general questions
- Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and other requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with travel agents and other team members to address client needs and ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions and inquiries, as well as booking and reservation details
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate client needs
