We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Release Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing code management, release processes, and the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). You will collaborate closely with software development and QA teams, driving process improvements and ensuring efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Lead the implementation of release management best practices across engineering teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing release engineering team.
• Communicate release schedules and details effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate release efforts based on service requests and system updates.
• Enhance CI/CD pipeline integrations with code repositories, automated testing frameworks, and deployment tools.
• Independently execute job responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in release management or project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Ability to produce deployment plans and run books.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in team management with a focus on engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000-120,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
