Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to enhance patients' mobility and quality of life.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and patients' needs.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to suit individual patient requirements and demonstrate clinical reasoning in decision-making.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on regular re-evaluations to ensure optimal patient progress.

Requirements

  • Open to new graduates with acute care clinical experience.
  • Availability for shifts typically from 8-4:30, including weekend rotations.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Additional Information

  • Competitive salary ranging from $32.52 (new grad) to $40.65 (10 years of experience).
  • Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
  • No sign-on bonus offered at this time.
