complex ortho diagnosis in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for Registered Dietitians who want to provide truly patient centered care in the Houston, TX and surronding areaa on a PRN basis. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients homes and communities. Our teams are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to

Evaluation, education and training in the areas of nutrition/dietary needs. Function as a consultant to the patient, families, staff and external stakeholders to maintain quality care.

Qualifications

Completion of bachelors degree in food and nutrition management (or equivalent) and state licensure is required. Experience in the management of specialized diets including enteral nutrition is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
