Job Title: Regional Vice President of Partnerships (South) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Georgia preferred) Reports To: Chief Executive and Chief Education Officers Compensation: Base salary + variable compensation plan based on enrollment targets Benefits: A great benefits package with a wide variety of insurance options, 401(k) with 4% match, and other great perks! Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum Experience: 3-5 years of K-12 educational leadership (preferably district-level leadership) Background check Role Description The Regional Vice President (RVP) oversees all functions of each assigned partnership and academy within their designated region to ensure academic and fiscal success. The RVP reports dually to the Chief Education officer and the Co-Chief Executives and directs the work of each Academy Director/State Director on matters related to recruitment of billable GCs calling on the efforts of the Chief Enrollment Officer, Chief Engagement Officer and other departments and executives to assure success in the assigned region. The RVP leads each assigned local Academy Director to meet/exceed their goals related to GC enrollment, engagement, course completions and number of graduates. The RVP will have authority over all activities related to district relations, recruitment strategies, orientation efficacy and academy operations ensuring that each academy is implementing the Acceleration Academy Model with fidelity. Role Responsibilities Strategize and coordinate with academy and network leaders to drive growth in billable enrollment within each partnership and region Monitor and hold academy directors accountable to ensure that each partnership is compliant with their operating budgets and meet projected revenues Provide leadership to ensure the fidelity of implementation of the Acceleration Academy Model within all academies in the region. Ensure that each academy meets their goals related to engagement, course completions and number of graduates Act as a liaison between network leadership and the regional partnerships by making regular visits and interacting with state and academy leadership Oversee all operations within each region and partnership including academic practices, enrollment practices, retention practices, and advocacy efforts to ensure compliance with the Acceleration Academy model in addition to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Hire & develop strong and committed state and academy directors who will effectively implement the business plan and academic model, and who will drive results through effective leadership and management of academy team members Apply innovative approaches and techniques to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of each region and partnership Organizational Competencies The following core competencies define what the organization requires of its employees to succeed and how we expect overall goals to be accomplished each and every day.
