The Role:
The individual will shape this position. We are searching for an experienced Sales Leader/Head of Business Development to leverage their network on the Western side of the US. Having grown their revenue 400% since 2020, they are looking to replicate their proven model on the West Coast.
Job Description:
Drive revenue through various distribution channels. Rental & Retail.
Grow market presence on the West Coast.
Product Demo's to prospective distributors.
Set Short, Medium & Long terms sales strategy's.
(Long term) Build a sales team, map target territory's and lead from the front.
Leverage existing network to grow distribution.
Work with Product Support/Aftersales when planning expansion.
Job Requirements:
10+ Years experience in the Construction / Heavy Equipment industry.
Extensive network on the West Coast (Dealers, Regional & National Rental).
Experience negotiating distribution terms (Rental OR through dealer network)
Ability to travel 70%+.
Located on the West Coast, North West or Mountain States.
