Job Summary

The Regional Sales Support Manager independently supports members of our Sales Team by supporting their projects from the beginning to end. In addition, this position serves as a key customer consultant providing our customers with exceptional customer service and industry knowledge.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Uphold customer service standards by maintaining a friendly and service-oriented environment at all times.
  • Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries being responsive to all customer concerns.
  • Provide accurate and expert information to identify and address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain extensive product and project knowledge.
  • Assist in managing account activities in CRM.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum (3-5) years of relevant Sales Support Management work experience required.
  • Minimum (5) years of industry experience, preferably in the Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, Supply Chain industries.
  • Experience working with Commercial Contractors; Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industries.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, Sales Pad, Magento, Salesforce systems required
  • Excellent Time Management Skills; ability to multitask across several projects.
  • Excellent multi-task, de-escalation and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively with all members of the team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
