Regional Sales Strategist
Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting market-specific growth strategies to enhance the adoption of our product portfolio within designated accounts. Leveraging market insights, sales data, and customer knowledge, you will identify and present growth opportunities to our management team and account principals. With a profound understanding of our sales processes, products, pricing, and promotions, alongside market share and account volume potential, you will collaborate to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Establish clear goals and objectives, monitor progress, and regularly communicate results to account principals and management through both in-person and virtual meetings.
Conduct market evaluations to identify prospecting opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for new account onboarding.
Manage Account SKUs and markets, optimizing closures through interaction with Account Managers.
Analyze SKU adoption and prepare Account Managers for key sales initiatives.
Develop communication and adoption strategies for new SKUs.
Formulate product strategies and analyze markets for existing customer expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in outside sales (preferably within the automotive industry) and 3 years in a leadership/management role involving forecasting, budgeting, and goal attainment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and college-level mathematics.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% via planes and automobiles.
Physical capability to stand, sit, move, stoop, crouch, and use fingers for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Willingness to participate in various strenuous outdoor activities and environments, including off-road desert and mountainous locations.
Note: This position may involve routine travel to diverse locations such as planes, cars, outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments, and office settings.
