Our client is in the market for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the North American market. This global market leading business is looking for an experienced sales manager who can grow the companies clean tech brand and improve sales.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth in the U.S. Li-Battery market and contribute to strengthening the semiconductor market.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, service, and R&D.
Travel to lead client sales meetings and participate in trade shows and industry events.
Develop, plan, and manage initiatives to achieve annual budget goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Support the development and implementation of growth strategies, both geographically and through product expansion.
Provide input for monthly order and revenue forecasts, as well as pipeline projects
Background Requirements
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude, able to grasp complex concepts.
Self-driven and results-oriented, effective both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
5-10 years of experience in VOC equipment sales or a similar role.
Ability to travel 50% around North America.
