Position Overview
We're in search of a dedicated and seasoned Regional Manager to lead our property management operations across multiple locations, including Wenatchee, WA; Moscow, ID; and Coeur d'Alene, ID. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager and should reside in one of these vibrant markets. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining our properties, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Plus, there are quarterly performance bonuses tied to achieving asset outcomes, based on predefined KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Property Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations of multi-family properties within your assigned region.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and meet financial targets.
Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, oversee lease agreements, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
Capital Projects: Oversee capital projects, from bid comparisons to timely, within-budget completion.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage on-site property managers and staff.
Compliance: Ensure properties comply with regulations, including Fair-Housing Guidelines and safety standards.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on property performance and financial status to senior management.
Curb Appeal: Conduct regular property inspections, oversee landscaping, and maintain curb appeal.
Skills And Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years in regional or senior-level property management.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of management.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
Leadership: Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software and industry regulations.
Travel: Ability to travel by air and vehicle with a valid driver's license.
