Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Manager with a specialization in Instructional Design and a proven track record in digital asset creation, design, and Learning Management System (LMS) management. The successful candidate will oversee training initiatives, create engaging learning content, and optimize our digital resources across our operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Manager with a specialization in Instructional Design and a proven track record in digital asset creation, design, and Learning Management System (LMS) management. The successful candidate will oversee training initiatives, create engaging learning content, and optimize our digital resources across our operations.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design:
- Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Ensure training materials are aligned with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Create visually appealing and interactive digital assets to support training initiatives, sales, and customer engagement.
- Utilize graphic design software and multimedia tools to produce high-quality digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute digital projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging.
- Administer and manage Learning Management Systems, including content uploads, user management, and system maintenance.
- Monitor LMS usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical support and training to users on LMS functionality and best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for merchant partners’ sales and customer service teams, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all locations.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for merchant partners’ sales and customer service teams regarding training content, processes, and tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training data and performance metrics to measure the impact of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate training outcomes, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or related field or equitable experience.
- Proven experience in instructional design, digital asset creation, and LMS management, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia editing tools, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- Location: REMOTE.

- The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
