About the Role

As the steward of candidate experience, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process. You'll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Leaders, and Candidate Experience Associates to provide efficient interview scheduling and support across our Cambridge and Norwood locations. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Streamline Interview Scheduling: Work with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Leaders to create a smooth and efficient interview scheduling process.
  • Support Candidates: Partner with Candidate Experience Associates to assist candidates and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring every candidate has a delightful on-site or virtual interview experience.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Communicate interview schedules, travel, and hotel details to candidates and third-party executive search partners.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships across the business, including with Executive Assistants, and maintain close communication regarding candidate interviews and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with HR: Proactively partner with our HR Business Partner team and Talent Acquisition Operations Associate on new roles that may be launching.
  • Manage Candidate Expenses: Ensure candidates are reimbursed promptly by Finance.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 1-year experience working in a corporate HR environment in a support capacity is preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • An ability to be organized in how you think, communicate and conduct your work
  • Fluency in English is essential (written / spoken)
