Recruitment Coordinator

ersg, llc. the international leader in Renewable Energy Workforce solutions has expanded their RPO solution with Vestas US, (www.us.vestas.com) for their wind turbine and manufacturing operation in Colorado. We are building a team of high performing recruiters and recruiting support to deliver high-volume hiring needs for an aggressive hiring plan that will add more than 700 manufacturing workers to their plant site in Windsor, Colorado.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Recruiting team with full life-cycle hiring of candidates for the various production manufacturing roles that produce wind turbine blades. As part of the on-site recruiting team, the recruiting coordinator will provide administrative support for the Recruiters, Candidates, Hiring Managers, and RPO Managers. The scheduling of interviews, maintaining candidate documentation, working with HR with offer and onboarding processes, running reports, assisting with hiring event coordination. This would be an initial 12 month contract, with potential to extend. You would be based onsite in Brighton Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
• Manage recruiting interview calendars for a team of recruiters with high-volume candidates.
• Coordinate on-site hiring events with candidates to include travel directions, on-site safety protocols, plant tours, team assessment exercises, manager Q&A meetings, offer and onboarding administration.
• Execute and administer background checks, drug testing, equipment provisioning with vendors.
• Participate in and organize recruiting events in the community.
• Point of contact for candidates from application through onboarding stages.
• Prepare employment packets, on-line materials for hiring events and on-site meetings.
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative, coordination, customer service or other outward facing organizational roles.
• 1 years’ experience in a high-volume recruiting coordinator role in a staffing, RPO, or corporate environment for non-exempt roles.
• Advanced technical skills and knowledge with candidate tracking systems, MS Office and calendaring, report generation.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in HR documentation, US and Colorado employment laws.
Compensation:
Base salary of 70K
