AT A GLANCE:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Recruiter by identifying, screening, assisting, and completing various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role requires exceptional sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR:

· Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online tracking, networking, social media, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

· Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles, and provide recommendations to the Senior Recruiter.

· Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes as required, ensuring timely completion and compliance with Company Policies.

· Administrative tasks to support the hiring process such as creation of internal and external offer letters.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the interview process, travel arrangements (if applicable), and next steps.

· Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the sourcing and screening process, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up.

· In collaboration with the Senior Recruiter, lead the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules, and preparing new hire paperwork.

· Stay informed on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with recruiting practices, and data privacy requirements.

· All other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma and/or GED with three (3) or more years working in Recruitment.
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in calendar management, email correspondence, and document management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract talent, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately screen and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is:

· Ability to work independently, as well as, in a collaborative team environment.

· This role is a hybrid work from home position after training is complete.

· Employees must arrange an appropriate workspace that ensures their productivity. Must be able to participate in virtual meetings, on-camera, and calls with minimal distraction.
