Assist with coordinating interviews and maintaining open communication with applicants
Review resumes and complete initial screening call with applicants
Collaborate with other departments to plan company events and initiatives
Other tasks as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other relevant studies preferred
Associates Required
1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience
Administrative calendar management
Multi-tasking abilities and working in fast-paced work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced screening candidates
Experience with MS Office, Outlook, LinkedIn, and Indeed
