Recruiting Manager

Brief Description

CRi is hiring a Recruiting Manager to oversee the recruitment and hiring process, develop and update procedures, supervise the recruiting team, implement appropriate evaluation systems and track metrics. The Recruiting Manager develops and implements the overall sourcing strategey, advises and trains managers and staff on interviewing techniques, builds strong professional networks, and mentors the Recruiting team and others. This role is essential for the evaluation of applicants consistent with CRi's clinical mission.

Essential Function

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages robust, proactive and innovative full life cycle recruiting efforts to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for CRi's clinical positions.
  • Responsible for selecting, developing, and managing Recruiting staff and third-party staffing resources, as needed.
  • Uniquely and creatively sources, develops, and builds relationships with hiring managers, colleges/universities, technical schools, and other referral sources to identify the most qualified applicants for vacancies.
  • Embraces the CRi mission to create best in class engagement of current staff to ensure currency and competitiveness within the industry.
  • Develops and coordinates in-house postings to facilitate career development of current CRi employees.
  • Conducts interviews and works with hiring management team to recommend for hire qualified candidates for appropriate openings in the agency.
  • Responsible for developing, submitting, and reviewing all employment related advertising and brochures.
  • Responsible for developing robust metrics that will track staffing development and move the organization forward and ensuring the weekly summary of openings and other recruitment-related reports including turnover, cost per hire, and other reports are completed.

Other Functions

  • May participate in New Hire Orientation.
  • Coordinates and attends Career Events, University and College Career Fairs, and Open Houses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (40hrs); May require some weekend and evening hours as needed for hiring events

Annual Compensation: $63,440

Location: Chantilly, VA; opportunity for hybrid schedule (3 office days/2 wfh days)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Certification/License

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Human Resources, Business, or other related field required.
  • Five (5) years of professional recruiting experience required.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and staffing a recruiting team required.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • In addition, three (3) years of experience in Human Resources management with a focus on recruiting, preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment, preferred.
  • Previous experience in using electronic databases, preferred.

  • Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources.

Supervision Exercised

  • Manages Recruiters, contract Recruiters, and other third-party staffing resources.
