Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
Plan and conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and our brand spirit
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
Provide a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience recruiting
You have experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
You are creative and flexible when sourcing talent
You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
You are able to work effectively as part of a diverse, remote team
Potential Skills
You have previous experience at a startup or a fast-moving environment
You are passionate about blockchain technology and a decentralised future
