As a Recruiter at NVR, parent company for Ryan Homes, you will work to understand business needs and manage the recruiting process. You'll be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across our Mortgage Operation. You’ll make an impact by evaluating and presenting qualified candidates, monitoring recruitment market trends, and helping to devise strategies to attract top talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategically source high quality candidates to ensure strong candidate pipelines, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate talent and make recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Partner with operation HR Business Partner and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go to market strategy
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and up to date candidate data is maintained throughout the recruitment process
  • Support and guide candidates through the offer, background and onboarding processes prior to their first day


Skills and experience that will drive your success:

  • 2-5 years working in recruiting
  • Persuasive communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize in high volume recruitment environment
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
