CMHA is looking to hire a Recovery Specialist for our Adult Respite Program, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift 3:30PM-11:30PM. This position will be located in New Britain.
Position Summary: The Recovery Specialist develops and monitors treatment plans with a case load of adult residential clients toward the goal of eventual independent living. Coordinates care with the client throughout the CMHA system of services. Supervises client activity and participation in the residential program while ensuring client safety, comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid DMV License
2 years of experience in case management
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in case management or related field
Experience in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
COMPENSATION RANGE- $18-$22 an hour
