The Speaking, Arguing & Writing Program (SAW) is a program of Mount Holyoke College's Weissman Center for Leadership. SAW empowers leaders to speak confidently, argue persuasively, think critically, and write with clarity. Grounded in research on peer-led collaborative learning and the practice of critical pedagogy, SAW facilitates students in sharing transferable skills, while exploring the personal and political implications of language, and developing their own voices.
Role Description
This is a part-time role as a Receptionist at Speaking, Arguing & Writing Program: Mount Holyoke College. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills. The Receptionist will communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.

Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of the education sector is beneficial
