Role Overview
As a Real Estate Representative, you will play a vital role in success by collaborating closely with store development managers throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist in identifying and prioritizing new sites for retail stores, ensuring alignment with guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive real estate files and support store development managers in preparing materials for Real Estate Committee reviews and site tours.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site information and project schedules.
Assist in gathering and analyzing due diligence documentation, coordinating legal processes with internal and external legal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in contract and lease administration within the commercial or retail sector.
Strong project administration skills, ideally within chain store, retail, or commercial brokerage environments.
Familiarity with the commercial or retail industry, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation abilities.
