Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch with Agent Implementation Trackers at 100% completion
Work with a real estate agent, join them in listing consultations and throughout the home selling process
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Review offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Generate Leads for a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications

MUST either about to obtain within 2 weeks or already possess a current, active real estate license (newcomers are welcome!)
